Cancellation policy
The same cancellation policy applies to both three-night and six-night retreats.

Health & eligibility
Before you join
Guests must be 18 or over.
Every guest completes a health questionnaire before their place is confirmed.
Please continue any prescribed medication and consult your doctor before joining. Each programme also carries its own safety note:
- Madhu Santulan · Diabetes & Metabolic Wellness
Guests on insulin or glucose-lowering medication must share their prescription in advance. Medication is never changed without your own doctor's guidance.
- Hridaya · Cardiac Wellness
Written clearance from your cardiologist or physician is required. This programme is not suitable soon after a cardiac event or surgery, or for unstable conditions — our team will advise before booking.
- Beej · Fertility & Preconception Wellness
Please tell us if you are in an IVF or IUI cycle, or may be pregnant; therapies and herbs are adapted or withheld accordingly.
